CHRIS PATTERSON

Chris has over 37 years of service in the real estate industry. Consistently among the top producing agents at Patterson Schwartz Real Estate over the past 3 decades, it is obvious that Chris is dedicated to his clients and their needs. Chris’ many affiliations within the community allow him to keep his finger on the pulse of Delaware. He is a past Board member of the Brandywine Valley Association, past President of Vicmead Hunt Club. He is presently on the Board of The Nature Conservancy, Delaware Nature Society, Wilmington Club, and The Delaware Center for Horticulture. Chris is also Chairman of the Building Committee for Winterthur Museum and Gardens. Chris’ expertise, drive and commitment to his career have helped to position him as one of the most prestigious REALTORS® in the Delaware Valley. Chris lives on a small farm in Rockland, Delaware with his wife Mary. Together they have two grown daughters.

As a history major, he enjoys the numerous historical landmarks and museums throughout the state and beyond.
