New Castle County, DE

New Castle County  experienced a 8.7% decrease in the number of sold homes for the first 6 months of 2020 compared to 2019 and a 8.7% increase in the median sales price from $230,000 to $250,000. The number of homes that went under contract in the 1st half of 2020 decreased 10.6% from 2019.

Kent County, DE

For the 1st half of 2020, Kent County experienced a 2.1% increase in the number of sold homes compared to 2019 and an 7.6% increase in the median sales price from $218,317 to $235,000. The number of homes that went under contract in the first 6 months of 2020 increased 5.4% from 2019.

Sussex County, DE

For the first 6 months of 2020, Sussex County experienced a 3.9% decrease in the number of sold homes compared to 2019 and a 5.4% increase in the median sales price from $285,000 to $300,320. The number of homes that went under contract in the 1st half of 2020 decreased 1.2% from 2019.

Southern Chester County, PA

Southern Chester County  experienced an 14.7% decrease in the number of sold homes in the 1st half of 2020 compared to 2019 and a 6.6% increase in the median price of sold homes, from $380,000 to $404,950. The number of homes that went under contract in the first 6 months of 2020 decreased 15.2% from 2019.

Cecil County, MD

For the first 6 months of 2020, Cecil County experienced a 4.2% increase in the number of sold homes compared to 2019 and an increase in the median sales price of 6.4%; from $225,450 to $239,900. The number of homes that went under contract in the 1st half of 2020 decreased 3.0% from 2019.
