New Castle County, DE

New Castle County experienced a 12.4% decrease in the number of sold homes for the first month of 2022 compared to 2021 and a 12.2% increase in the median sales price from $267,450 to $300,000. The number of homes that went under contract in the 1st month of 2022 decreased 28.9% from 2021.

Kent County, DE

For the 1st month of 2022, Kent County experienced a 24.1% decrease in the number of sold homes compared to 2021 and an 11.8% increase in the median sales price from $245,000 to $273,995. The number of homes that went under contract in the first month 2022 increased 5.3% from 2021.

Sussex County, DE

For the first month of 2022, Sussex County experienced a 3.6% decrease in the number of sold homes compared to 2021 and a 24.8% increase in the median sales price from $320,522 to $400,000. The number of homes that went under contract in the 1st month of 2022 decreased 41.4% from 2020.

Southern Chester County, PA

Southern Chester County experienced a 9.2% decrease in the number of sold homes for the first month of 2022 compared to 2021 and a 7.2% increase in the median sales price from $457,075 to $490,000. The number of homes that went under contract in the 1st month of 2022 decreased 19.4% from 2021.

Cecil County, MD

For the 1st month of 2022, Cecil County experienced a 12.7% increase in the number of sold homes compared to 2021 and a 18.4% increase in the median sales price from $261,700 to $309,900. The number of homes that went under contract in the first month of 2022 decreased 16.4% from 2021.
